This project partners Verizon TelecomPioneers with
agencies such as the American Red Cross in assisting those misplaced by
a disaster. The kits contain a towel, face cloth, toothpaste and
brush, shampoo, soap, hair brush, comb and other personal hygiene items
that are needed. Kits are put together by Pioneers and stored
where they can be readily accessed and sent to a disaster area when
needed. |
