Jim Crosbie of the Central Mass Pioneers was
part of the
ten thousand walkers at
Quinsigamond that raised $700,000 for cancer research in September.
Jim says "I have the blisters on my feet to prove it"! IBEW,
CWA, Pioneers, Verizon Foundation, UMASS Foundation and Public affairs
participated in the Walk for the Cure
event this year. To date over $10,000 was raised from Verizon
employees/pioneers.
